The North Fulton area is comprised of more than 386,000 residents, which is projected to grow to 411,500 in the next three years. With more than 900 technology companies in North Fulton and a median age of 38.3, the community continues to attract a highly educated and trained workforce. This pool of exceptional talent has become key to the economic development success of North Fulton, particularly in the booming areas of healthcare and technology.

The Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce (GNFCC) was formed with a mission to make North Fulton a leader in business growth, talent development and regional prosperity. Our Tech 400 committee helps in this mission by helping to educate our local business leaders on how technology can help their businesses.

With the recent COVID-19 crisis, connecting talent and employers is more important than ever. Employers can get hundreds of resumes when they post a job to Indeed or LinkedIn, but it takes time to sift through resumes to get to the most qualified applicants. In response to this need, the GNFCC created NorthFultonJobs.com. Launched in September of 2019, the online Jobs Board is a focused effort to give all companies in North Fulton the ability to post opportunities to reach talent living in the area.

What you focus on, you achieve. Thanks to the focus of local leaders, economic development initiatives, and organizations such as Tech Alpharetta, the technology industry has prospered in North Fulton, and the city of Alpharetta is known as the Tech City of the South. As a chamber, we remain committed to the continued recruitment of tech companies to the area.
